So am I. I’m definitely a Spartan Kataanger and I tend to be very protective of my ship. But being a warrior gets tiresome. Sometimes, I don’t want a confrontation. I don’t want to grind Zutara to dust. I don’t want to step on your lulz.
I just want to be respected and have my ship respected. I want to search for Kataang art and find it. Sometimes, I just want to squee over my ship.
I honestly prefer doing that, to bashing yours. And the irony? Most Kataangers feel exactly like I do.
To be honest, it is not really surprising to me anymore. Shippers are all the same, even if we care not to admit it. It took me a long time to come to that realization and sometimes I conveniently forget it(SPARTA) but we are.
I wish both sides would quit typing their rival/hated ship into the keywords of their deviation. I do not do that because it adds fuel to flames.
Ironically, I found the anti-Zutara piece we were posting on, in the Zutara section.
I realized that typing the name of your rival ship in your artist/author comments section, will cause the deviation to show up in the rival ships daily deviations and I wish others would realize it too and stop doing it. It would save a lot of drama and hurt. That is unless . . . the author set out to cause drama and hurt. Sadly even knowing this, I fall for the bait, from both sides, too much to be proud of. The way you wrote your reply made me stop and think.
